Hi I currently own a piece of land with my partner as join tenants, we would like to give half of the land to our daughter and her partner. We are looking at keeping the land on one title, so they have half the land as Joint Tenants, we keep half as Joint Tenants, but  they as a couple and us as a couple would both have half as Tenants in Common on the deeds.
Is this possible, what forms would i need and would we need a plan, as said we would be looking at it staying on one title at the current time.
thank you

Hi Keith - no it's not possible. You can either transfer the whole title from your joint names to the four of you OR transfer part of the title to your daughter and partner and create their own separate title
Registering land or property with HM Land Registry: Change the registered owner name - GOV.UK
Apologies for such a delayed response

I am asking which form I need to add my name to the register as my husband wishes to add me as we have been married 15 years and realised we have not changed it.
