online change of register

I have downloaded AP1 but it note that the fee is different for postal applications and online applications. However I cant find where I can make an online application - please could I have a link?
The property has been in joint names and now needs to be in solely my former husband's name - is this the right way to be doing this?  It is simply a removal of my name from the register.  Thank you

So I need to send the AP1 form with a cheque for £100?  And a copy of ID for us both?

My mother has passed, and left her house to me her son, it is in her name and i want to register it in my name i have probate, value is approx £23000. can i do this on line ? if not can the forms needed be sent out to me, as most people dont have printers, which forms are needed ? what is the cost. thank you.
