Hi,

Could someone give this a nudge please? We ordered and are waiting for a TP1. We had, and responded to, an email last Thursday but haven't heard anything since. We have a deadline on 22/12/2025.

If a nudge is not possible or practicable, could someone email me the "paylink" that Alex Sowerby mentioned in his December 4th email so I can at least get the TP1 before the end of this week?
