Remove person from deeds

I need to remove someone from the title deeds of my property, there is no mortgage on said property and they never paid towards it, what do I do next, any help would be appreciated

Yvonne - If you and the other person are named as the registered proprietors on the title register, then you both would have to transfer the whole of the property to one of you.
