Can you confirm we / I can place a UN1 against LA407933 18 Gynn Avenue to protect my interest.

Claire - it's all about what the interest is and how it can be protected. I wouldn't expect the same interest to be protected by both a restriction and a Notice. PG 19 sets out the guidance to follow and offers an appendix re the most common interests and how they can be protected

Got it.  Finally even though I have a property alert on the property I never feel satisfied that transfer of ownership has already taken place.

can you check and confirm the title is still in the name of Jill Knight and my living father Graham Knight.

Claire - the ownership has not changed since 2019 and I assume your Father uses his middle name, which you have quoted, and not his first name
