Redoing our wills and were told our house is tenants in common as they said they had looked at the Title Deeds but the copy we have just list our names as owners so I think that indicates joint tenants.<br> Every house we have ever bought and lived in,&#160; &#160;9 in total , has been joint so wondered why we changed. It was bought as a new build.<br> Anyway is it OK to do a Form A just in case.
