Hi Mark - There is no single option to obtain information held by us and available under the statutory services delivered by us. The guidance on our website explains the information we hold and how to obtain it.

The title register will only show current ownership information.

Every time there is a change in the register, the existing register is archived and a new edition created. For historical information, you would either have to obtain the relevant historical edition of the title register or the deeds / documents filed (retained) by us.

If you are unsure of what all editions of register exist or what documents we hold for a particular property then I would suggest you use the Contact form on our website and ask what information we hold. You can then decide what you wish to obtain.

I hope this helps.
