I'm unsure if my local authority is part of the HMLR's local land charges register or not yet - how do I check?

You can check online to see which authorities have migrated to our digital Local Land Charges register
If the authority responsible for which your property falls under is not yet migrated, you must contact them directly with your enquiry.
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Please see <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Practice guide 79: Local Land Charges<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> for further information.
