Where's my CON29 response?

My solicitor lodged a CON29 application on my behalf, but I have still not received this. Who provides a response to my CON29 search?

CON29 enquiries include matters such as nearby road schemes or outstanding notices, which may affect a purchaser’s decision whether to proceed.<br> <br> Please continue to submit all CON29 requests to the relevant local authority as they will continue to answer these enquiries, irrespective of their migration status to HM Land Registry’s Local Land Charges register.
