I am trying to do a search but I am getting an error due to a high volume of charges being revealed. How can I complete my search?

If you are experiencing problems conducting a search via <a href="https://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/eservices/HomePageRouter">Portal services</a> due to a high volume of charges being revealed, the alternative is to use <a href="https://search-local-land-charges.service.gov.uk/check-if-a-local-authority-is-available-on-this-service">our Search Service</a> on GOV.UK to conduct your search.<br> This is particularly useful when you know the search you are conducting will reveal a large number of charges as the website has a higher threshold of charges revealed, whereas Portal services limits this to 250 charges per search. It is free to register to use the search service<br> <br> If you continue to experience issues, please use <a href="https://customerhelp.landregistry.gov.uk/local-land-charges/">our contact form </a>and provide the following details so that we can assist you further: <ul> <li>Property address/description, including post code if available</li> <li>Plan/Zip file clearly identifying the extent of the search area</li> <li>System used (Portal, GOV.UK, Business Gateway)</li> <li>Screenshot(s) of the error received, where possible</li> <li>Your contact information</li> </ul>
