hi i used  to have an account a few years ago which i think has been deleted but what i would like to know is how do i make a new account ? do you have to be a business to have an account ?and how to i get the aerial map view when searching for a property thanks

Hi Nel - What account you have depends on what information you require and the volume of your use. 

Our online service for members of public currently provides copies of title register and title plans.  You would register as a user when you first use the service and pay by a Credit / Debit Card.  Information on this can be found on our website on GOV.UK - https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry

Business and frequent users can apply for an account to use our Portal / Business e-Services.  The payment is by Variable Direct Debit which means you would have to complete some forms and provide your bank details when setting up the account.  More information on this can be found on our website on GOV.UK - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-hm-land-registry-business-e-services
