I bought a auction house and still waiting for the title.

I hope someone can explain what I need and can do in my situation.

I won a property on auction 45 Spruce Avenue, CO4 3NX and got the keys in February. I wanted to renovate it and sale. I am ready to put it on the market now but I still don't have any latter or information about the title update and I am warring that I will have problems to sale it as it is not mine by documents. I have insurance on the title. I want to know how long I need to wait more? Can I do anything extra to speed up the application? What is best to do if I want to put it on the market for sale and I still don't have title? Can I at all?

Hello Dimitar - the application to update the register was submitted 0n 21st Feb and it's waiting to be processed. That may not be for several weeks yet. Your purchase is though protected so you can market the property in the normal way
If you identify a confirmed buyer then a request to expedite the application can be submitted to shorten any remaining time with regards updating the register - Request an expedite - GOV.UK
