Is it possible to check progress on closing down the title? I am in the process of buying this property and understand from the sellers solicitors that a request for this to be expedited has been submitted. I am in a chain and cannot move on until this has been sorted. My buyer is threatening to withdraw because of the delay.<br> Thank you.&#160;<br> <br> &#160;

Wendy - the application was submitted on 16th Sept and expedited. It's processing was delayed though by a pending priority search which has only just expired. The case will now be processed and if in order completed in the next few days (inc the weekend)<br> NYK416642
