When was title upgraded ?

I bought title register for DY505220 online, when the propety was first registered in 2016 it was Possessory now it is Absolute but the register I bought does not show when it was upgraded. Can you please tell me when it was upgraded. I did not think it would be eligible for upgrade until 2028, thanks.

Smaley - it was upgraded in February after an application to do that was submitted. It appears that after reviewing that application and the historical record a decision was made to upgrade to absolute title in February and no need to wait
