Hi Kassie - there is no application as yet to remove the restriction. I would suggest querying that with the seller/conveyancer involved.
One thing to add is that if you are buying then removing the restriction beforehand may not be necessary and worth referring the conveyancers involved to our PG 76 section 4 for guidance -

But if they have paid off the debt and are looking to apply to cancel the restriction then they need to submit it and then request expedition
