Matrimonial rights removal-house sale

Hi,
I have applied for my matrimonial rights to be removed from the land registry but it seems to be stuck in a back log. Can someone have a look for me please? 
The buyers want to move in on 20th December and this is holding up the sale. 
I am not sure if the title number but the address is 11 Whitehorse close, Worcester. Wr2 4eb

Once we get your reply the application can be completed so please do follow the instructions carefully and follow them also. If you do then it can be completed swiftly from here
The notification is posted 1st class so you should get it early next week. It's not sent by email

What is it they want me to sign? As I have already completed it once. Is it likely to be removed by 20th December?
