I am confused

Hi Pasquale - presumably when the lease was granted the land was a garden but is now used as a parking space&#160;<br> From an ownership perspective the lease's 'demise' is as defined, namely the land edged red. It's unusual for a lease to refer to a 'title plan' as that plan is the one we create but if that's the wording used and the definitions refer to the lease plan correctly then not an issue.<br> I'd suggest reading the whole lease to see what it says about the 'garden land' and it's use etc. And query the details with the seller/agent/your conveyancer to get confirmation as appropriate&#160;
