Thank you Adam. It’s really frustrating on my part as they would not even speak to me as I am not their client and I am left in their mercy. Hello Adam. Sorry to bother you again. I have spoken with my co-freeholder and he chased his lawyers to reply to the requisition order. They said that they will reply to the requisition order but clearly they did not. As a co-freeholder of the title, can you give me more details of the requisition order please? So I have an idea of what is going on as this is having a negative impact on my family’s physical and mental health. Thank you.

Rey - it's really for the applicant to share specific details as it's their application. All I can state is that the request relates to incomplete paperwork submitted and the registration fee payable. It's not a single point and you will be reliant on their dealing with the request

Hi Ray - the conveyancer has provided the requested information. Wider checks are now underway with regards the outgoing lenders on the second affected title SY799841 
They have until the 20th May to respond - something again to discuss with the conveyancer
