Boiler restriction removal for re-mortgage

I am re-mortgaging and had to pay off a boiler agreement and have the restriction removed.  The company said they have sent the forms to you and expedited it.  Do you know how long it will take please as this is the last thing for the mortgage to complete.  Appreciate any help.  WM661644

Amanda - the lodging firm are notified through their secure portal (e-channel)&nbsp;<br> The updated register is available online so the lender/conveyancer involved with the re mortgage will run their own checks to confirm that anyway but worth you letting them know that can now happen&nbsp;
