Title registration not complete after 18 months

Hello, we have purchased a leasehold property (apartment) in August 2024 and the title registration is still pending now (after 18 months). The title number of the property is SGL780211. We tried to follow up a few times, but could not find out any reason that blocks the progress. Could you help check the status of the application and what is hindering the registration please? Hello James - that application is waiting for more from the conveyancer. They partially replied but we reminded them of what was still needed on 8th Jan but have yet to hear from them again. You need to speak to your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify what's outstanding SGL780211

Hi Adam, we have talked to our solicitors on this last week, and they called Land Registry last Thursday morning. The answer they got was that LR are still proceeding the application with the case handler but nothing outstanding was raised so far. Could you help us check the status of the application now please? Hi James - the application was completed and the register updated on the 16th March. Confirmation was issued on 16th/17th by first class post. If it's not arrived for any reason that should not be an issue as any interested party can download a copy online as appropriate
