UN1 lodged

Hi I am contesting my late mother’s will.  A UN1 form has been lodged with HM Land Registry to prevent my brother of disposing the property title MAN109031

Can you confirm the status of the UN1

Hi Claire - the UN1 is currently waiting for a senior officer to consider it and decide on next steps as appropriate. 
I can't be definitive re timescales but that will happen asap as it has been expedited

Claire - no, you ned to rely on your conveyancer to explain what's happening/the legal position
By all means post again on here for an update but all I can share is whether it's reached next steps or not.
