Recording GIS points on Title plans

Please can you confirm if one can submit a sale plan to Lands Registry for recording a Title with GIS point readings included that confirm the marked up boundary?

I have read Practice Guide 40 and am I correct in thinking I can use an AP1 to have a Determined Boundary Plan attached to the Titles of me and my neighbour showing our agreed National Grid Co-ordinates?
