Expedited L R Application

Hi. We're in the process of buying a house, and it's been slow going. The seller's conveyancer hasn't been up to much, and we're into the 5th month. The property has freehold and leasehold status. Is it possible to check whether an adverse possession claim has been applied, please? Title number: GM85481 and/or MAN419793

Hi Wayne - there are no applications pending against the titles quoted and no claim for adverse possession as yet applied for

You would need to post again to query. Ideally you would be in touch with whoever is going to submit an application and have asked them to let you know. Otherwise between the two of us we are simply confirming a negative all the time until that changes

Suggest you ask them to confirm the title number and our case (ABR) reference
