Expedited L R Application

Hi. Any news on the above please?
 

Hi W Cuffy - submitted 16th May and expedited on 18th. Expedition gest a case to the processing start line sooner than normal. But the race then has to be run and with a claim as to ownership that race can be a long one as it needs to all be in order, a site visit completes satisfactorily and wider checks don't throw up any objections/issues
As a very rough estimate you are looking at potentially a 2 month wait before wider checks start and those, if needed, can last 65 days

The other application is a claim as to adverse possession and is waiting for a senior officer to review it to agree next steps
I would suggest asking whoever 'told you' re the 30 days explains what they mean and quote the specific details as appropriate

W Cuffy - the casework team contacted the applying conveyancer on 3rd July. The conveyancer responded on the 4th with Qs and the casework team/senior officer are considering their response and will go back with answers asap

Hi W Cuffy - the case is now at the survey stage and OS should be doing a site visit/survey and reporting back. 
Once their report is back the case will be reviewed again alongside their findings

W Cuffy - wider checks are underway from 14th August whereby we have contacted Wigan BC to seek their consent/objection. They have until 14th November to respond.
If they respond sooner and with their consent then matters can proceed. If they object then the wait time will be stretched further. If they don't respond then the registrations will continue shortly after the 14th.
