NN12 8NH - Urgent Change of Boundary

Good morning,

I am the prospective buyer of: 

Robins Nest (plot 5), Greenway, Eastcote, Northamptonshire, NN12 8NH. 

An urgent request has been made by the vendors solicitors to amend the title plan / boundary drawing for the below address. It has come to light that the title plan for the below address encroaches on our new property and we cannot move to exchange / completion until this change is made. We urgently need to have this actioned. 

Mayfield (plot 4), Greenway, Eastcote, Northamptonshire, NN12 8NH.

Curtis - the application/amendment is currently with one of our lawyers and has been escalated. Hopefully next steps will be confirmed shortly

Hi Curtis - I did but nothing concrete as yet as it's with one of our lawyers to consider the conveyancer's response and what needs to happen next
I'll post again once I have something worthwhile to share

Thanks Adam. Can you confirm whether it is has been accepted by the Land Registry as an 'expedited case' and if it is being treated as such? Thanks again. 

Curtis - it has been identified as an urgent case, yes. 

Hi Adam - is there an update for this please? An idea of how far through the process we are would be helpful i.e at the beginning, nearing the end etc. 

Also - what is usual time frame for these sorts of amendments? Just to manage our expectations. 

I hope you can understand that every day is currently vital for us in order to complete before the end of March hence the request for as much of a detailed update as possible.
