Removal of entry in Title

Hello<br> <br> I’m in the process of selling my flat and upon the request of the buyer’s solicitors my solicitor made an expedited application to the Land Registry to remove entry A6 in the Title Register for my property.<br> <br> I understand this application is yet to be processed, and the sale transaction of my property is now at risk owed to the buyer’s solicitors refusing to proceed until the Land Registry have removed this entry in the Title (the seller is also setting a deadline for completion by end of this month).<br> <br> Are you able to look into this for me please and advise when it is likely to be processed by the Land Registry? br> <br> Many thanks

Hello Eamonn - there is no pending application against that title number. I would recommend speaking to the conveyancer to confirm

Hi Adam. Thanks for getting back to me. Just spoke to my solicitors and they read out to me an email acknowledgment of the application which the Land Registry sent back in August. I asked them to double check the title number is correct, and they confirmed it <br> <br> How would you advise to proceed please?<br> <br> Thanks again

Eamonn - so not an application but an enquiry/request to amend the title it seems so submitted through a contact channel. Their enquiry is with the support team to consider and to respond to so I will escalate it to see if they can do so asap.

Hi Adam. Thanks for your help a couple of weeks ago, the team responded a couple of days later asking for more evidence. My solicitor was able to send this over this week, so if it’s not too much trouble may I ask you to please ask your support team once again to review as soon as they can?
