Restriction Removal

Hi, I'm awaiting a title deed update which is delaying exchange and completion so has been expedited, submitted on 17th Feb. The deadline is Monday for this with the chain pushing to complete asap Please can I get an update on this and is there any way I can chase this? The property is 3 Hartington Place, Letchworth, SG6 1A
