Pending application on Title

Hi, I am in process of buying leasehold property 7 Leeson House - TW1 3AJ. Title Number TGL642366. My solicitor told me that there is a pending application against this title. Can I know if there is any application pending on this title and what is it about if possible please? Thanks, Priyank

Hi Priyank - it's an application created when we completed the last update to the register. There was a flaw in the application lodged by the conveyancer and we are waiting for them to respond to our letter dated 9th Feb before we can remove the pending application. You'll need to speak to the seller/their conveyancer to confirm and to ask the conveyancer to respond asap

Hi Priyank - the application is still pending. The only record I can find re the same title is a call from the owner chasing progress today and one from the conveyancer with regards an official search they had submitted to protect the next, yours presumably, transaction. Nothing with regards resolving the issue as raised and still outstanding. TGL642366
