Lauren - who are you asking for help here? If HMLR then what are the specific details re the plot/property

Thanks Lauren - we are waiting on the conveyancer to provide more information to enable us to complete the registration of that plot and others. Our last contact with them was on the 16th December. Hopefully they can confirm and clarify what's still needed and when they hope to respond.

Thank you for this update. Do we happen to have a date for when this will be complete? I am having issues as my mortgage provider doesn’t want to proceed without written reassurance from the solicitor that there is minimal risk around this and they seem unwilling to do this despite me signing various paperwork saying I still want to proceed. I am really worried about losing the property  

Lauren - No as we are reliant on the conveyancer re timescales as until they respond we can't complete matters
Very much an issue for the conveyancers involved to resolve for you re timescales and mortgage offer - sorry

Hi I am facing the same issue with my house sale. Please can HMLR advise?
The developers have submitted the application but I’ve heard nothing back from their solicitors..
The address is 4 Chirdon Crescent, Morpeth, NE61 2GW. The developers are Linden (Vistry)
