Removing deceased owner from title deeds

Please help. 

I completed a DJP form  and sent death certificate but nothing has changed on title. DY176673. Please can you advice ?

Maureen - there's no record of receipt of an application against that title number I'm afraid so it can't have arrived 
You'll need to post a fresh application and note that the standard postal address has changed in the last few weeks - I mention that only in case you sent the original a while ago and not to suggest it was sent to the wrong address
