Application lodged against title

Hello,

We are 12 months since having our offer accepted and our 2nd mortgage is not too far from expiring - though we are edging closer to exchange now, ljr conveyancer noted an application lodged against our title - BK510448, for 83 Webster Close, Bracknell, RG12 8HL.

Supposedly this application has been expedited by the seller side, but as a buyer I don't have any insight when this was requested and what is the ETA of having this resolved, and we need to process this sale ASAP. Is there any update on this? Thank you, Mati

Hello Mati - the application is still with us and we are waiting for the conveyancer to provide all the required information. Our last contact with them was on the 24th Feb when they asked for more time to respond.
You'll need to contact the conveyancer to confirm specific details including when they hope to respond in full
