Update on LR application

Hi, I’m currently in the process of buying the property&#160;<span style="">MS543689 but the sale is being delayed by the land registry not being updated when staircased to 100%.<br> <br> Just wondering if an application has been put forward to rectify this and if an update can be given?</span>

Hi Ant M - The application has been submitted and is being processed.&#160; We had raised some queries and have received a response on 22 December from the solicitors who submitted the application.&#160; Unless there are any other issues, I would expect the application to be completed sometime next week.&#160;<br> <br> Hope this helps.&#160;
