Status of title deed change

Hello team,

Hope you are well.

I completed on a flat purchase in February 2024. My solicitor has let me know they have put in the application for the title deed ownership change. Please are you able to check the following:

1. When the title deed ownership transfer application was put in?
2. The current status of the application and if the solicitors have responded to any of HMLR's requests.

I am a bit worried because it's been a year since I made the purchase and I don't know if my rights are protected. The title deed number is TGL209916.

Hello - the application was submitted on 9th Feb 2024. Processing started on 8th June but we needed more from the conveyancer. 
Correspondence i ongoing as they have requested more time to provide the required consent/certificate and they are I suspect very much reliant on the seller/a third party to provide that 
There is nothing to be worried about as your purchase/ownership is protected

Hello Ebelechukwu - the case is still with us as we need more from the conveyancer. The last contact was on 28th April when we gave them more time to provide the requested information. 
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify what's still required and how long it might be before they provide a full response

I asked my solicitor and they mentioned that a new requisition was made. I hope you don't mind, but can you confirm if it is the initial consent/certificate that is still outstanding? Also is it the consent from HSBC and the certificate from the OneSe8 that's outstanding please?

Hi Ebelechukwu - we are waiting for the consent from OneSe8 and the original request for same was made back in June

Hi&#160;<br> Our solicitor has given us different information about when the application to add a name to the title deeds was submitted. The process has taken a year so far and he says he submitted 1st April, then he said it was in May. Please would you be able to confirm that you have the documents and give some idea of how long it might take to make the changes. The title number is

Hi David - submitted 9th May. Current estimates suggest it won't be processed until Feb 2026. The application/change of ownership is protected
