I bought a registered property. Land adjacent to it is not part of the title and is unregistered but has been in
constant adverse possession for several decades.
I received TP1 from the vendors which lists the unregistered land along with the registered land, and marks it on the plan in hatched blue.
I also have two sworn statutory declarations to attest to its constant adverse use.

Please can you clarify the documents to be submitted?
Am I correct that I should use
AP1
TP1
ID1
Do I also use ST1 and in what way do I refer to the two affadavits?

Concerning fees I should pay a fee based on the Transfer of Part for value?
Is there any cost concerning the adverse possession?

Many thanks in advance
Andy

Andy - forms AP1 and TP1 are correct along with ID1 re identity verifications. For the unregistered part you will also need form FR1 and DL
Form ST1 is an alternative to stat decs so if you have the latter you don't need a form ST1
The registration fee will be a combination of the two applications so you'll need to attribute the purchase price to each part and pay the appropriate Scale 1 fee
