registration of prescriptive right of way

Hello,

I am in the process of applying to have a right of way by prescription registered on my property title.

I understand the application form is AP1 and it needs to be supported by a Statement of Truth on form ST4.

That is all straight forward BUT I cannot find if I also need to submit a ID1 form to prove my identity and how much the correct application fee is.

I would be grateful for assistance

Dear Adam,

I submitted an application for the registration if a prescriptive right of way at the beginning of April’24. The cheque for the application fee was cashed so I know it was received.

I have not heard anything since.
How can I find out if it is being processed and what the progress Is ?
