Removal of restriction on property being purchased

Hello, we are awaiting for a restriction to be removed after the application for this was sent by restriction owner last week. I would be grateful if someone could confirm if this has been processed/received - and if possible what timeframe we will be looking at to have it confirmed? We are pushing for time to complete the house purchase due to needing to leave rental accommodation in order to not break the chain.
