Secured loan charge

Re GM175166

I have an outstanding charge on my property GM175166 from Welcome Finance.

The Co is no longer trading and I was originally mis-sold by them. I’ve had no contact from them in many years.

The main mortgage is due for payment in 2026.

Can you advise me on how to remove the charge please.

Where the company is in liquidation, the Liquidator appointed to deal with their affairs should be able to assist you for the appropriate evidence.
