Transfer of property Title

Hi, I signed a TR1 form 2 weeks ago.&#160;<br> I am transferring the deed to my ex-husband and his new partner. How long is this expected to take? <p>WT151080.<br> Apparently we are waiting on Land Registry to confirm they have received the documents so funds can be released?<br> please can you advise?</p>

Hi Louise - nothing submitted as yet. Once it is, and there's an urgency, they need to then request expedition separately -&#160;<a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite">Request an expedite - GOV.UK</a>
