Good afternoon,

I have a title where there is a sole registered proprietor (selling) but a Form A restriction. Is the appointment of an additional Trustee in the sale TR1 sufficient evidence to overreach the restriction (with no other evidence) ? Or will an ST5 and RX form be required, please ?
Thank you.
