I am wanting to do a voluntary first registration of our farmyard which was originally two fields but is now all one parcel of land and buildings. The fields were bought separately in 1967 and 1968 from the same vendor. Can I amalgamate the two titles on one K15 form and FR1 form and is there anything else I need to fill in please?

Janet - Our requirements for first registration are set out on our website - https://www.gov.uk/registering-land-or-property-with-land-registry/register-for-the-first-time
You may also find information in our Practice Guide 1 useful - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/first-registrations
With regards to amalgamating the plot,
if there’s genuine future benefit to the customer or ourselves and we are able to do so then we will amalgamate them. You would need to provide an explanation for the request so that we can consider it fully and without that information it’s likely we won’t accede to a request.
