Restriction (removal)

Hi,

There will have been a restriction in favour of Essex County Council and others on title number EX930395 which has been removed.  I wonder if you would be able to advise what means was used to remove the restriction (i.e. RX3 or RX4), please ?

Hi Beth - I can't see that there was ever a restriction in the council's favour on that title. 

We think that the restriction will have been one which may have carried over from the parent title when the property was first sold as a Plot.
This title doesn't have the restriction but others do on the development (specifically EX932038) and we are wondering how the title I have referred above to has not had the restriction registered.
 

Beth - a restriction was carried forward but an application to cancel it was then submitted, processed and completed in 2016. The form RX3 submitted was dated 13th May 2016
