Bankruptcy Charges and Restrictions

Title : HD487899

Please can you advise whether the Land Registry has removed the joint owner restriction on this title?

Also whether a Land Charge is held against an individual, or the property?

Has this been removed?

If it has not been removed, would having a Land Charge on the title,  prohibit the sale of a property?

What would be the process to have this Land Charge removed?

Georgiana - the form A/joint ownership restriction remains on the register

The register does not refer to a land charge.
There was a restriction on the register in favour of the Insolvency Service but this was removed last year
