Title (inheritance tax)

Hi we are in the process of buying and have been advised on the 2nd of July that the only thing outstanding was having the inheritance tax removed from the title. We were advised this was expidited due to our mortgage offer running out in 3 weeks. Can you please give me an update? MS643806

Hi Lauren - the application to update that title was completed yesterday
