Title Register and Title Plan have different numbers

<p>I am in the process of buying a leasehold flat (one of 6 in a converted house). I have downloaded both the Title register and the Title Plan and although the info in each appears correct, they each have a different Title Number. Is this normal?</p> <p>Thanks</p>

Managed to speak to a very helpful person and looks like I&#160; may have mixed up the freehold and the leasehold titles....thanks!
