I have attached the Title plan and marked in yellow where my house it fyi .

I have put a query in but havnt yet hurd anything.

Please could you tell me if anyond has looked at it at land registry.
Hoping its just a glitch your end with the Title number.
many thanks
David

HI David - it looks more likely to be a title plan error as the title number/register match but it seems the title plan might have been mapped wrongly.
I can see a number of contacts re the title and your query has been acknowledged and referred for investigation. The support team will do that and then reply so please bear with them and wait for that contact

David - the lender will normally rely on the conveyancer re such matters to confirm all ok etc. The title plan has not changed so I suspect either they did not look/notice the title plan issue previously

Hi Adam

Just an update Land Registry have replied to say the copy of my title deed is correct I'm guessing where my copy I paid for has a different house marked in red would that just mean when I ordered my copy someone had incorrectly marked a different house and do you think I could have a replacement copy sent out marking my house in red.

My property backs on to Accommodation Rd not longshaw.

Ive marked my house in orange on the plan

Hope that makes sense

David

Hi David - I can't see any reply from us along the lines you suggest. The request to amend the title plan is still pending and waiting behind an earlier application from your fellow joint owner.
It hasn't been processed as yet but will be in time and once that prior application completes.
That prior application has bene partially processed and wider checks are now underway. They may not complete until after 3rd March unless the restrictioner responds sooner

Hi Adam
I've attached the e mail from Gavin at Land registry my wife received this morning regarding the Title plan saying its correct, it was where Land registry marked our property in Red which isnt our house, thats what I was trying to explain hope that makes more sense, I thought they would send an Amended copy Marking where my house actually is ( which I marked in orange on the copy I sent you) which is where our house lies backing on to accommodation Rd not longshaw that's the opposite side of my road and the other end which Land registry marked in red on my copy.

Hi David - noted but your wife has since replied and as I posted the matter remains 'open' and the amendment still needs to be reviewed
I suspect, but the casework team will advise, that the initial response may have misunderstood the initial query

Thanks Adam hopefully they will reply soon. The actual Title plan is correct just they marked the wrong house in red  on the plan.

Good Morning Adam that's fantastic news thank you so much for letting me know.
Plymouth Land Registry did say in their letter on Saturday they would send me the new Amended title once it has all been completed do you know if that would be via the post or e mail.
Once again I'm so grateful for all your help at Land registry .
