Good afternoon,

re title number EX791049, the plan to the official copy Lease (08/12/2006) is not coloured.  Are you able to shed any light as to why this is, please ?
Thank you.

G A Beth - it can happen for example as certified copies provided didn't include a coloured plan. Impossible to be definitive as to why it happens but it can

Beth - just realised you added the title number so I can offer a 'guess' as to how it's happened as only 2006 although that doesn't really matters it's the fact it is uncoloured in part that counts
The Lease plan (to the end) is coloured so the larger estate and the parking space (edged blue) is shown and coloured
The plan showing the Flat 31 and much earlier in the copy is not coloured so I'd guess that the conveyancing firm who submitted the copy lease either didn't do that plan in colour or it might have been just left as is as the demise/description re it being Plot 31/Flat 31 was clear enough. It should have also shown the plot/flat 31 edged red but didn't
Strictly speaking we should have raised it as an issue but again plot/flat 31 was known and clearly identifiable.
So back to the key point re it not being coloured. If the landlord/tenant have the originals and they are coloured then a replacement certified copy can be provided to replace the one we have on record
