Application for cancellation of Unilateral Notices

Hi, I'm in the process of remortgaging my property. There are two unilateral notices on my property title that my lender is not happy with. I have asked my solicitor to submit UN4 form to remove them. Please see information below:

The 15 working days window has now passed. Can I have an update please? My lender won't lend unless the notices are removed, how do I apply to get an expedition on my application? 

Hi Quynh - the application is waiting for the wider checks to complete as the '15 working days window' you refer to has not yet passed. The recipients have until Noon today to respond. After today the application will be reviewed asap due to it's expedite status and if all in order completed. Please bear with us a little longer
