I sent a HR1 form for title MS654894 on 17th May. Please may I confirm it was received on 21st May and if my application and home rights are protected from that date? I don't want to request a divorce unless I know this is with yourselves and is being processed please?

I sent a HR1 form for title EX196177 on 23/05/24 and saw it was received 24/05/24 - can this be confirmed as wife keeps threatening Divorce. (had posted on other thread but keeps giving a Error when trying to view)

The rights are protected until the divorce is finalised

Hi Adam,

Would that be possible to find out whether the HR1 form I have sent last week has been received and registered? And whether everything is correctly filled out. It is an urgent matter as my husband and I have already applied for a divorce and I just accidentally found out that I was never registered in the house that was purchased during our marriage.

The Title Number is: TGL562518

Could you kindly let me know how long it normally takes for the Notice to be processed and my name to be added? Because as far as I understand my spouse is able to transfer/sell the flat before I am registered.

Hi Hannah - I have responded to your post in the absence of my colleague. 

We have received an application on 14 June.  It is currently awaiting to be looked.  I cannot tell you when exactly it will be processed, but you can find the average processing times on our website - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/hm-land-registry-processing-times#changes-to-existing-registered-titles

Hi, Would you be able to let me know if the HR1 form I posted it at the beginning of July has been received and registered? I haven’t heard anything back, and my husband says he has not received a confirmation or notification of my application either.
I didn’t have the title number at the time of my application, although I do know it now - DN168043
Should I redo my application?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Helen - received 9th July and waiting to be processed. The application and rights are protected from that date and we will confirm the update to the register once processed/completed as appropriate
