I am currently in the process of selling my land. My solicitor tells me that a company from Ireland that is now dissolved has submitted a unilateral notice back in February with no grounds.

Because it is still waiting to be processed I was never informed. Can I apply to have their application removed using a UN4 even though it is yet to be processed?

We are at the stage where contracts could be exchanged and so this matter is urgent.

Andrew - There is nothing to prevent you from submitting an application in form UN4 supported by relevant evidence even if the application to register Unilateral notice is awaiting to be processed.

If you are in the process of selling the property then you can consider request for expedite.

Thanks, I will ask my solicitor to do this.
