Expedited Title - We Cannot Show Information For

Our house purchase is being held up because our seller hasn't supplied their title. It is a fairly new house but not brand new.

I am told a request for title has been expedited, however this was almost a month ago.

When searching myself, the results come back as 'We cannot show information for'. Other properties on the same street come back with information. Just this one seems to come back with nothing.


A few questions I'd be grateful if you could answer:

1. Why do the search results come back with 'We cannot show information for'?

2. If our seller's request has been expedited, but we're seeing these results, what is actually being done?

3. We're not getting much information from our Solicitor or our seller's, where do we go from here?

2. If there is an application and it has been expedited then it means that it will be processed asap
3. What's the address/title number involved and if a new build the plot number for example?

We have since been able to gather some additional information:

Land Registry Reference: LBD6F7F.

New Title: HP880511.

Parent Title: HP810847.

Apparently a Transfer of Part request was put in with a 'priority date' of 14 September 2023, which is odd since the vendors moved in early 2021.

Application progress is 'Delayed prior pending applications or official search requisitions issued on 13 June 2024'.

Are you able to translate the above or dig deeper to help us better understand where things are?

This is quite urgent as the seller is moving to Australia and has a fixed deadline.

I have attached the document I was able to source.

Unfortunately it doesn't make much sense to me, so would appreciate a translation.
